Our organization is based on the belief that brotherhood and mutual understanding is utmost among our members. Aimed towards Unity, Love, Brotherhood and Mutual Understanding.
We are here to foster the spirit of unity and love, to protect the interest and seek the progress of our members.To aid the growth and development of education in the college in particular and the country in general.
To give assistance to any member of the Association when and where necessary and to engage in such other activities; social and cultural that may lead to the upliftment of the college; therefore, members are encouraged to pay a visit.
HISTORY
Brief History of the school
Edo Boys High School was established in Ugbowo, Benin City in 1960 by Chief P.D.C Okenwa. Initially, he acquired 52.12 acres of land from Ugbowo community for the school.
Moreover, in 1965 he acquired additional 30 acres for the purpose of establishing a Girls’ School- “Akenzua Girls High School”. Unfortunately due to the advent of civil war in the late 60s’ it was not possible to establish the girls’ high school.

A. Washington, Mrs. Omigie (acting), Rev. Canon F. A. Eboreime, Chief S. I. Ayela Uwangue, Mr. P. O. Igbinoba, Mr. O. Aiguobarueghian, Mr. Jerry Iyamu (1st old boy), Mr. G. Eguavoen, Rev. Dr. Uwagie, Mr. G. O. Egbon (2nd old boy), and Mr. Richard Omorogbee Igbinadolor (3rd old boy and current principal).
Message from the President
To insure the speedy realization of our mission, the EBHS Old Boys association, USA was established on August 4, 2008, by concerned and like-minded Old Boys.
The founding members are: Mr. David Amedu, Dr. Esokpan J. Ebose, Mr. Robert Uyi Igbinovia, Mr. Godwin Izevbizua, and Dr. Braimoh D. Oseghale. Specifically, the founding of this association was motivated by the need to address, urgently, the myriad of problems besetting the institution at the time.
